    Our Conference halls are acoustically treated and well equipped with audio visual equipment. By working with partners we also ensure that the latest technology is available to you. In addition to this, and unique to most facility centres, Expo allows organisers to bring in their own audio visual equipment.

    We offer flexible arrangements to cater to your seating requirements. In addition to this, you can use our unique moveable and changeable tiered seating system within the convention and exhibition halls. Our flexible drapery system allows you to have the option of reducing or increasing seating capacities, ensuring your event looks its best with no overcrowding or empty spaces.

    Catering
    In-house catering can be arranged to ensure your food and beverage schedule fits neatly into your overall programme. Tea and coffee breaks, buffet lunches, evening cocktails drinks, all can be blended seemlessly to enhance your event.
