Event Operations

You will assist the sales team in event pre-sales and oversee the successful planning, organising, coordinating and execution of all events held in Singapore EXPO and MAX Atria including:

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business and / or Hospitality and Tourism preferred
  • No prior experience required as training will be provided
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, independent and a team player
  • Willing and able to work long hours, when required

Audio Visual

Your main responsibility is to set up, test and operate the audio-visual equipment during live events, in accordance to customer expectations. In addition, you will maintain the AV equipment in the store, with minor repairs where required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Audio Visual Technology preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience
  • Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, independent and a team player
  • Willing and able to work long hours, when required

Concierge

Your main responsibility is to provide professional and high level of customer services to all guests that visit Singapore EXPO and MAX Atria.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Customer Service preferred
  • Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skill
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Willing and able to work long hours, when required

F&B Captains

Your main responsibility is support the Food & Beverage requirements for the events in MAX Atria through best-in-class banquet operations. You will execute and manage F&B projects, monitor and review the service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business. You will also be in charge of training and the deployment of stewarding and serving crew in support of the events.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications from a recognised institution is required
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in the Hospitality industry
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Willing and able to work long hours, when required
