Senior Executive / Executive (Event Services)

You will assist the sales team in event pre-sales and oversee the successful planning, organising, coordinating and execution of all events held in Singapore EXPO and MAX Atria including:

  • Pre-Sales - propose and prepare floor plans (including seating, staging and other requirements) for the event
  • After-sales - work closely with event organisers to plan and co-ordinate their events, perform service recovery and close the loop on all event matters
  • Operations - negotiate contracts and work with operations to fulfil event requirements
  • Administration - ensure proper documentation of all charges and consolidate invoices and purchase orders

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business Admin or Hospitality / Tourism
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to attend to details, coordination, communication and time management skills, good telephone manners and PC skills
  • Enjoy coordinating events
  • Must be able to work long hours and under pressure
