Association Internationale des Palais de Congrès (AIPC)

AIPC is based in Brussels, Belgium, is the industry association for professional convention and exhibition centre managers worldwide. Its role is committed to encouraging and recognising excellence in convention centre management, while at the same time providing the tools to achieve high standards through its research, educational and networking programmes. The association occupies a unique position amongst the various organisations that represent the meetings industry. With representation from 49 countries around the world, it focuses specifically on the global issues, opportunities and challenges facing convention and exhibition centres. It also celebrates and promotes the multicultural dimension of the international meetings industry and the role facilities play, as well as maintaining close working relations with related industry organisations to ensure members are well-connected to overall industry issues.
ASAE - The Center for Association Leadership

ASAE is a membership organisation of more than 22,000 association executives and industry partners representing more than 11,000 organisations. Its members manage leading trade associations, individual membership societies and voluntary organisations across the United States and in nearly 50 countries around the world.
International Associations of Exhibition and Events (IAEE)

IAEE is a trade association established to promote the growth and expansion of the exhibition industry. This includes professionals who organise, conduct, and support trade shows, exhibitions, meetings, and events at large public venues. IAEE now represents show organizers who conduct the largest trade shows and exhibitions in the world (98 percent of the 1996 Tradeshow Week 200 are members), as well as managers of 71 percent of U.S. shows that consist of 30,000 square feet or more. IAEE accomplishes its mission through education and advocacy programs that serve over 1,400 member companies comprising approximately 8,000 individual memberships in 46 countries, in addition to hundreds of individuals, partner vendors, and service organizations that have business interests in the exhibition industry.
International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA)

Founded in 1963, ICCA represents the main specialists in handling, transporting and accommodating international events and comprises over 800 member companies and organisations in 80 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands and first founded by a group of travel agents, their first and foremost aim was to evaluate practical ways to get the travel industry involved in the rapidly expanding market of international meetings and to exchange actual information related to their operations in this market. With the rapid expansion of the meetings industry, representatives from various sectors of the meetings industry, aside from travel agents, applied for ICCA membership. Today, ICCA is one of the most prominent organisations in the world of international meetings.
Singapore Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (SACEOS)

SACEOS is the country’s established industry-trade association. Headquartered in Singapore, it represents 127 of Singapore’s leading convention and exhibition organisers as well as the suppliers of facilities and services. Founded in 1979, SACEOS is a non-profit organisation offering members a range of educational opportunities, industry standards and a global network of business contacts. Since its inception, SACEOS has contributed significantly to making the best events venue for Asia. Dedicated to shaping the future of ’s exhibitions, conventions and meeting industry, SACEOS works closely with the Singapore Government to chart the industry’s growth path and further the island state’s position as an International Exhibition City and Regional Convention Hub in Asia.
Society of Independent Show Organizers (SISO)

SISO has been dedicated to meeting the needs of the for-profit show organiser through networking, the exchange of ideas and experiences, and the ability to learn from each other in a non-competitive and candid environment. SISO members include companies, corporations and other for-profit entities that own, produce or provide full service management of “face to face” trade shows, consumer shows, expositions, conferences and /or similar events as a substantial part of their business. SISO membership is a combination of large corporations and small entrepreneurial enterprises that do business primarily in North America, as well as in Europe, Asia, Africa, India, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. SISO’s more than 140 members produce over 2,700 events, creating an overall US$122b impact on the global economy.
UFI - The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry

UFI is the association of the world's leading tradeshow organisers and fairground owners, as well as the major national and international associations of the exhibition industry, and its partners. Headquartered in Paris, France, UFI represents 439 member organisations (composed of 225 Exhibition Organisers, 36 Hall Owner Managers, 120 Exhibition Organisers & Hall Owner Managers, 37 Associations, and 21 Partners of the exhibition industry), present in 188 cities in 83 countries on the five continents.
